Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is entrusted with the comprehensive management of learner academic records, beginning at the point of admission and continuing through to the completion of all academic requirements.

This office is tasked with maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of these records, in line with institutional standards and relevant legal requirements. It oversees the processes of learner registration and enrollment, ensuring that all records are properly evaluated and updated as necessary. Furthermore, the Registrar’s Office processes requests for official documents, such as transcripts and certificates, and handles the transfer of academic records upon request.

Specifically, the Office of the Registrar:

• Facilitates and manages academic records for all current and former Pre-School, Elementary, and Secondary learners;
• Maintains grade records and processes document requests from learners and parents;
• Registers learners in the Department of Education’s Learners Information System (LIS), including enrolling learners and updating records in the Enhanced Basic Education Information System;
• Handles records of Educational Service Contracting (ESC) grantees and Senior High School Voucher Program beneficiaries, submitting billing statements to the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC);
• Plans and facilitates the enrollment process; and
• Collects and safeguards academic and school forms, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

All actions taken by the office are guided by a commitment to uphold the rights of learners and to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
