Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is entrusted with the comprehensive management of learner academic records, beginning at the point of admission and continuing through to the completion of all academic requirements.

This office is tasked with maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of these records, in line with institutional standards and relevant legal requirements. It oversees the processes of learner registration and enrollment, ensuring that all records are properly evaluated and updated as necessary. Furthermore, the Registrar’s Office processes requests for official documents, such as transcripts and certificates, and handles the transfer of academic records upon request.
